The price is per night and incl. 7% VAT. There is also a one-off final cleaning fee of €50.00. Payment is due immediately after you have received the booking confirmation from us. We can accept payments via bank transfer or PayPal. Unfortunately, we cannot accept credit cards.
The minimum stay is 4 nights.
For stays of 4 weeks or longer we require a deposit of €500.00.
Cancellation policy
We do not hope you have to cancel your holiday. If that happens, however, the following cancellation fees apply:
− Up to 14 days free of charges.
Cancellations must be made in writing in advance, otherwise we have to charge the full amount.
There will be no refunds for early departures.
Parking is available free of charge.
The holiday apartments (including balcony) are non-smoking apartments. Smoking is only permitted in the garden at designated smoking areas.
Pets are not allowed.
